I can't help but note the coincidence of Warner Bros taking what was originally a direct-to-streaming Looney Tunes film and promoting it to a theatrical run just under a month before they killed Coyote v. Acme.

Even if they're unrelated, it's unfortunate this film has to come out at a bad time. I fear peeps might look down on it for not being CvA and accuse WB of trying to save face after shelving what was possibly intended to be the bigger of the two Looney Tunes movies.

I hope I'm just worrying to much, cause I like what I see here. The animation here looks as outstanding as ever. I can imagine kids and fans are gonna be asking "Where's Bugs Bunny?! Where's Bugs Bunny?!", but it's still interesting to have someone other than him in the spotlight with Daffy for a change. I have to wonder how if they're gonna even bother advertising this much, especially without Bugs being the lead. But I say his appearance is inevitable, no matter how small his screentime.
