Sonic Generations modding

I have been working on creating custom levels for sonic generations and i have finally been able to create custom terrain and custom collision but I'm not able to create this custom terrain with animations (except the animation by "water opacity ref" material from sonic generations) like the sun flower animation and here's a video to showcase what I've created:
