Like many of you, I signed up for the newsletter to get the SA2 SOAP Shoes in Frontiers (for Xbox).
However, despite following the directions - even getting an email verification of $0 purchase - they will not show up in Extras.
I’ve even signed up a second email to the newsletter for a second code - only to be told by the Xbox Store that I already have it and cannot get it again.
How many others have had this problem? And anyone know how to fix it before it’s too late?

Can you uninstalling then reinstalling the shoes again on Xbox?
