Installing Mods In Generations?

So, I've been trying to install the Unleashed Project mod for Sonic Generations. Now, I've extract the files for it and pasted it in the 'mods' folder for Generations. However, it is not showing up anywhere in Sonic GMI. All I'm getting is the UnleashedfxPipelineshaders that came with GMI. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly apprecated.

Make sure the folder you moved has the subfiles directly in it, and that there isn't a second "UnleashedProjectMod" folder inside. SonicGMI reads the data from the mod.ini file, so make sure it (and the other folders) are the first thing you see.

So, what does that mean? That I don't put in in the 'mods' folder?
