Roundup Classic Eggman Figure, F4F, Pez, and Razor Feature New Merch on Sonic Central
GX -The Spindash- posted a story in Merch
One of the highlight's of today's Sonic Central was merchandise partnerships currently available and through this fall. Following last year's Eggman Robot set, this year's big Jakks Pacific set is Eggman's hovercraft with accessories to recreate multiple boss fights. Razer will be releasing a Sonic themed Xbox series controller with matching charging stand. EXG Pro, makers of weird statues that hold your phone, will add modern Sonic to their collection. A collection that currently includes Classic Sonic, Classic Tails, Classic Amy Rose, Classic Super Sonic, and two other variants of Classic Sonic. First4Figures will be releasing a duo of character statues, featuring modern Amy and Tails. No details have been stated regarding the scale or price of these statues. On the much, MUCH more affordable side of merch, Pez has already released a trio of classic Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles dispensers. At time of writing, Knuckles is already sold out on their online store. Clothing brand Hype released a line of Sonic clothing that is... basically already sold out. You can look at it if you want but the size scale on this line aims at 16 and younger. Moor Art Gallery will be adding several more poster designs to their... you guessed it, largely sold out collection. They're nice (and pricey) posters, but be prepared to grab them as soon as they're in stock. Neamedia Icons, a resin figure group, currently has available resin 5" classic Sonic figures on their official store, and (checks notes) they are apparently in stock at time of writing! If you want a monochromatic Sonic for some reason, seems like now's your time! Pre-orders for Japanese figure maker Bellfine's 12" soft vinyl Sonic figure are available among many online toy stores. Despite the "Available Now," Bellfine's website lists the release date as November, and international sellers don't expect to get stock until early next year. ...No, not again. I can't handle this again. At any rate, I think we can all agree, that Eggman hovercraft toy looks really cool, and may have been the highlight of the entire Sonic Central. Look forward to it and maybe some of these other licensed Sonic collectables throughout 2022 and beyond. But not too beyond. The patterns here indicate that things seem to be selling out rather quickly.- 1 comment

Welcome to the E3 Gif Thread 2015! It's time to continue the proud tradition of lifting hilarious and/or memetic gifs from NeoGAF! (and wherever else might tickle your fancy) With a whopping eight conferences and everyone gearing up for VR, we ought to see a wide variety this year. Please understand the rules (pilfered from Patticus' 2014 thread): 1. Please don't quote image tags without a spoiler box, or better yet just remove the image tags entirely, because the image still has to load even if it's in a spoiler box. Not all of us are equipped with fast internet, and pages full of quoted gifs are a pain to navigate to say the least. 2. Please don't post the same gif multiple times. Once is quite enough. 3. In fact, please place images in a spoiler box to begin with if the page already contains multiple/large gifs To get the ball rolling, I actually whipped up a few of my own gifs for this year: Aaand I better spoiler my others: And last, but certainly not least, some old and new courtesy of NeoGAF:

Yes indeed folks, it's just about that time of year again, when we can all sit down and and enjoy hour after hour of corporate press conferences. Boy, do I make it sound fun! Despite how interminably boring that sounds though, anybody who is familiar with the annual ritual we know as the Electronic Entertainment Expo, or 'E3,' will only see that as being a good thing. Every year, these great big corporations try to wow the world with their wares, and every year they all find a way to do or say something we find hilarious, amazing, baffling and/or bizarre, and some of them find a way to screw up even worse. Some of these things end up becoming immortalized in the form of animated gifs and videos, which then spread like wildfire across the gaming forums of the net. We've already enjoyed two bonus rounds of excellent giffage and videos, thanks to this being the launch year of no less than two new consoles, but we're not done yet. In just a couple of days, Konami is going to kick off the proceedings a few days ahead of the competition with the first of the big press conferences, to be streamed online in multiple languages. That's right everybody, it's almost time to welcome back for just a few short days the one, the only, the always spectacular...
