Well. Indigo said somebody should make it. :r So this is the cooking topic. Where everybody can discuss and share tips on making meals and such. I'm learning to be a chef somewhat myself. ^^ So what meals have you created? Tried to do but need help? Or can make on your own? I can make alot of baked stuff. Cakes, cookies, etc. And I don't even eat them. Learning how to make hamburger meat and such. DISCUSS. =D

Food glorious food, it varies in flavor, texture, contents. So many variable, so many things to take into account. It's not surprising the sheer amount of differences countries have, JUST based on their food. But, that's what makes it all so great, like an international platter, something worth hunting out, tasting just to see what common foods others enjoy that you yourself might not have tried yet. Soniko mentioned a 'Rate Your Food' thread in the statuses, something that I, as someone that eats food (staggering, right?) took interest in. The idea was pretty neat, to share with everyone here what your typical meals are. Sounds boring? Well, you need to take into account the fact that this forum has so many people on it, from all over the planet, and that can only mean varied different types of food. The basics are this, you talk about what you've recently ate, going into some detail about it's taste, if you have any connections with it, maybe you're eating it for a specific reason, a special occasion. You might also want to give any relevance it holds with your culture, for example, if I was eating haggis, I'd explain how it's culturally significant to me, as a Scottish person. Finally, it'd be nice to give reasons as to why you would recommend it, or, maybe you don't, maybe it'll be a culinary horror story. Also, please post up if you try anything anyone has recommend, because that's really the whole point of this thread. To expand your platter of food you enjoy. Pictures of your food are optional, but would be nice, it'd give the thread a little more...stuff to it, make it more than just text. MAKE people want to try this interesting meal that they've never heard of. SSMB, Bon Appétit!
