Game Boy Advance owners will get another Sonic game to play today, as Sonic Spinball launches on the platform as part of the SEGA Smash Pack compilation cartridge. We first covered the SEGA Smash Pack back in January, so it's nice to finally see it released after so many months. Here's the box art - if you plan on picking it up let us know what your thoughts are on the quality of the ports!

Sounds like the Mega Drive won't be the only thing getting revived on Dreamcast. The rumour mill is churning at a breakneck pace, and it's telling us that Sega intends to release a Sonic-themed compilation for the console next year to coincide with Sonic's 10th Anniversary. The pack will apparently include a whole range of games from Sonic's history, spanning the Mega Drive and Sega Saturn systems. Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic 3D Blast, Sonic R and Sonic Spinball are amongst the titles to be included, coming on two GD-ROM discs. The rumour, which was first reported on Daily Radar, was brought to Sega's attention - the company said that they have heard nothing from Sega Japan about any such compilation. So it might not be true, but we hope it is because being able to re-play the classics all over again would be awesome, right?
