Sonic and Knuckles On Virtual Console

I checked The Virtual Console today and It was there, It was put up yesterday on the 12th. So who's going to download it? Would you download it for the Lock-on Features?

I wuld totally download it if I could... but first I'd have to get Sonic 2 and 3 ( already got Sonic 1 ) ...but at the moment I need to do some penny pinching. And my Wii will not allow me to use the Wii Shop channel unless I perform a system update anyway. So, I know I got thumbed down for expressing genuine interest in S3&K on Wii VC on the Xbox arcade, but im about to make a similar comment. Let me know when it hits PSN ( or any of the classics for that matter...).

I am so glad they included lock-on instead of charging us for each seperate lock-on game. That would have been quite a rip-off. Now to sit back and wait for Sonic CD.

Ah, who am I kidding. They would put Knuckles Chaotix on the Virtual Console before they would even try to put Sonic CD on there. But then again, if a TurboGrafx-CD game could make it on there, I don't see why a Sega CD game can't.

I already have Mega Collection, but I feel compelled to get this and Sonic 3 just to support the best of classic Sonic.

Also, about Sonic CD, just play Sonic Gems Collection on your Wii.

It's not the same. It's the PC version with lower quality audio, some graphical errors, and the lack of proper debug mode. I know it's still practically the same game, but I still prefer the Sega CD version. Since I can't get my hands on a working Sega CD, I am willing to settle for an emulated version. But on the other hand, the Gems Collection version does fix the slow-down present in the original, so I'm not that anxious for a genuine emulation yet.

Its about time they did this. I have Sonic 1 - 3 and was waiting for this.
