Random The Sonic Origins Website Is Up (Sort Of)

There has been a rating, and there has been a cover image. And now there's an official Sonic Origins website. Well, sort of. It's up, but the public are not able to access it just yet.

If you don't understand, let me explain. Usually, when SEGA has an official Sonic website in the works, you can technically go to the site and you won't be greeted with any "invalid URL" errors. Instead, if SEGA's still working on the site, you'll see a white screen or "Access Denied" messages.

This isn't unusual for an official Sonic website to make an appearance like this. As far back as Sonic Generations, maybe even earlier than that, you can find news about an official website for the game being discovered just before major news for the related game is confirmed.

For example, just a few days before more Sonic Frontiers news was confirmed at The Game Awards last year, there was an official Sonic Frontiers website discovered.

Actually, that previous paragraph brings up another important point. We are likely very close to hearing more information about Sonic Origins. It is almost all but guaranteed now that SEGA may be preparing to share more details about the game before April comes to an end. When they do, we'll let you know.
