Today, GoodSmile has opened pre-orders for the upcoming Tails Nendoroid figure, including a full reveal of accessories and alternate parts. The set will release this December in Japan for ¥6900, or Q1 2024 for $49.99 in the U.S.
Though originally announced earlier this year as a pre-production mock-up, photos of the pre-order version show off Sonic’s best bud with swappable eyes, mouth, and tails to mix and match poses and expressions. The pre-order page notes that the set will include three sets of eyes, two mouths, brown flight goggles, a wrench, and a Chaos Emerald; however, the photos also show two styles of tails, at least two different hand poses, and paperboard background scene of the Tornado in a forest.
Tails will be available to pre-order from the official GoodSmile shops (there are separate shops for North America and Japan) until July 6. While Sonic Nendoroid is not currently available, multiple online toy stores are expecting restocks early next year. Knuckles Nendoroid was also announced earlier this year with no estimated release date or details.
