Puma Reveal New White-Gold Sonic RS-X3 Sneakers

Puma has collaborated with SEGA once again to bring a new iteration of its Sonic-themed collaboration sneakers. And unlike the previous Sonic the Hedgehog x PUMA RS-X3 release, these new kicks take a lighter and more colourful tone.

A major difference with this new version of RS-X3s is that it comes with a translucent textured cover underneath which is a striking combination of tan, black and blue colours. Gold rings and a Rings/Time/Score display adorns the back of the shoe, and amidst the yellow-gold highlights there’s a nice use of metallic gold trim.

Take a look at this beauty in the gallery below. If you want a pair, it’ll be retailing in North America for $120 from February 7 as part of a special capsule collection. We’re going to try and get ourselves a pair, for sure!

  1. These shoes look nothing like sonics’ shoes. While these are sweet kicks guys, I was hoping for something more like SONIC’s actual shoes. I have been looking for actual Sonic the Hedgehog shoes for my kid going on a year now. He is 8 years old, he absolutely loves to run and is a big fan of Sonic the Hedgehog. RageOn.com has them, but only for adults. I spotted some by Vans, but they were limited addition. UGH! I just want to find my kid sonic shoes!
