  1. I feel bad for the lack of love to the DS version, seeing how much effort Sumo put in that thing, Isurely hope there is a good reasn for this and they aren’t comparing the DS version with the Wii one (and don’t even think about the HD’s).

    🙁

  2. Don’t worry. I’m sure we’ll see plenty of 6’s and 7’s once IGN, Gamespot, and the like start reviewing it.

  3. @spitfire

Yup, I remember that review clearly. I learned to never trust their Sonic reviews after doing so for that one and buying the game

  4. Reviews.. meh.
Any fat guy behind a desk can tell you whether a game is good or not, but you won’t know until you try it yourself.

  5. Usually not a good sign. Anytime Nintendo Power reviews a Sonic game, they’ve always given it an 8 (or a number around that ballpark). They gave it to Secret Rings, they gave it to Black Knight, they gave it to Unleashed, and they gave it to Chronicles, and all games turned out to be sub-par experiences. It’s like NP’s “pity score” for Sonic games.

  6. I’m surprised Nintendo give Sonic games a better rating than most sites unlike so called ‘reviewers’ like IGN and Gamespot who like to rip every 3D Sonic game to pieces when they are not that bad.
I can even imagine their review of it..

Dont mention IGN reviews on sonic games. They really dont know anything about delivering a good review…
