SEGA are loving this. After relative success with Sonic Mega Collection, and then Sonic Mega Collection +, here comes another collection with some rare Sonic games on it. They really were holding Sonic CD back for this, as it's clearly the headlining title here. Sonic the Fighters and Sonic R are also included, but would have been better suited as an extra to a previous collection. Everyone wants Sonic CD, for certain. Several Game Gear games are included with some decent Mega Drive games too, and the bonuses are much better this time around. But does it deserve the title of 'Gems'?
