I’m shocked by how much I enjoyed this. It convinced me that my less then satisfactory reactions to some of the stories the comics had been pumping out before the reboot were rather justified as well as some of the mixed feelings of a few of the newer ones. It might just be because the Freedom Fighters and their angle weren’t here to distract me but I feel like it was more then that. Really good. I want more like this.

sure the comic is pleasing fan better than sega ever will but not everyone’s gonna like it and your of it enjoyment doesn’t need validation

I don’t know about the Archie Megaman series, since it’s fairly recent and doesn’t have as much infamy as the Sonic comic (no Penders/lawsuit, poor video game adaptations, or M:25YL), but it has the Astro Boy principle, in which the main character virtually has no freedom and cannot harm a single human. And compared to our blue hedgehog, Megaman is a bit of a preachy pacifist who doesn’t know to be jovial.

But since the two series are so connected these days, I may have to quit both.

Why “unlike the canon game” ? Nothing seems to say there is two worlds in the canon games at all, it’s pure speculation here.

Like I stated in my reply, this was a reactionary post to all of the b.s. that Johnny usually puts on here and it’s sort of becoming second nature to just insult the dude on his so called “opinions”. Just going through the motions, I’m afraid.

In that specific order mind you. There is expressing opinions and then there imposing them on people and It’s starting to get tiresome.

You insult people by posting the same damn complaints over and over and OVER again, and AG-GAIIIN. Hogfather mentioned if you either had a very ignorant mindset or if you where actually trolling, and I don’t know which one I can tolerate the least.

I apologize actually, there is more to this speech including some positivity but I have to go somewhere. I’m embarrassed, but I need to post something positive before I’ll get accosted by Hoggy or anyone else.

I’ll make it quick, I’ll back off Johnny but you got to start thinking about if this franchise is giving you what you actually want and if it doesn’t, then you can find other things about Sonic you can enjoy or IF YOU CAN’T, maybe think about moving on from Sonic for a while.
