Freak-Out Friday: Sonic Manga Madness Episode 1!

It’s common knowledge that Sonic has delved into many forms of media outside of his home territory, like numerous other gaming franchises. We have seen Sonic on television through 4 entirely different shows, we all listen to Sonic music, we’ll be seeing Sonic in theatres this fall, we own Sonic merchandise… Although we know of Sonic through comics, how many of us have ever even seen Sonic in manga? It wouldn’t be surprising to hear that none of you know of any, seeing as Sonic manga were never published outside of Japan!

Two such manga are known, one being the slapstick Dash & Spin; Super Fast Sonic!!, featured on CoroCoro Comic. And, thanks to the combined efforts of Recorderdude and Dr. Mack Foxx from Sonic Paradox, we will be checking out the manga’s first chapter today!

I present to you all: Sonic Manga Madness: Episode 1!

Sonic Manga Madness Episode #1 – Pilot.

Be warned: “Kawaii Eggman”. That is all.

Well Sonic is a Japanese product and they pretty much manga-nise everything, so it isn’t a hrad stretch to assume they would’ve made a Sonic manga!
