pretty cool but im 17 i cant go if i was 23 with a car , i can go

This is pretty awesome, but unfortunately LA is a but too far away for me to be able to afford (it would actually be cheaper to fly to London for SOS, funny enough). Still, it sounds like a blast, so have fun attendees and takes lots of pictures for me!:)

well, i live at chile, so i got even less chance to go:(

I so wish I could go to this.

Just too short a notice for me, I doubt I could get the money raised to go over in that time.

GOSH! i’ve been waiting for something like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it’s SOO short notice i won’t be able to. if i lived closer i would but i don’t have enough time to save up to go now =/..

Ahh man, m going to be missing out on this one.
Sadly I Live on the oposite side of the country. Well, at least we got the Sonic Colors playtest! Lets hope the theme will be heard there, most of the themes are heard in the E3 Trailers anyway.

YES! Im so stoked about this, I live 2 hours from LA
See you guys there!

I live like 8 hours away with plane -_-

No problem… “Sonic Boom” and i’m there in seconds!!! 😛

I hope we’ll have a live stream.

Is that time definately correct? 6pm until 10pm? 4 hours long?

Da’h! Why does it have to be free!? Now I CARE! But it’s 2 hours away from my gf and it takes me hours to get to her and like… MONEY. So it wouldn’t be free for me. What do I do!? D:

kick ass!

but i’m in the uk…fuck.

Then go to Summer of Sonic?

Who creates the SOS? SEGA or community people?

I’m gonna be stuck up here in Canada, but I do have friends in the States and I’ll definitely be telling them about this! This is exciting!

Its too bad I live all the way in the North East. Sure sounds awesome though, and glad that we Americans are finally getting our own Sonic-con! >.<

I can only dream about having a event like this in Canada…

i live in portland(oregon). i really hope i can raise the money to get their…

Only 69 tickets left! gotta hurry! :O

Sega seriously believes that without Crush 40 this event can surpass SoS 2010? Hah!

Well, for American fans this is still very good news.

Who needs Crush 40?There will be 2,000 people and live music at this thing.

so all i need to do brad is email you? and i could become a “vip member” at this event? would i still have to pay for a pane and hotel? :p

Sweet. I’ll email ya Brad. Thanks. =)

And wait, Brad’s going to Sonic Boom? Wow! You can go anywhere. O.O

I live in Burbank now, so yeah, it’s just a drive downtown for me.

[…] Since the main registration is down, SonicRetro and SonicStadium have said a few places available! Send an email to slingerland AT sonicretro DOT org or bradflick […]

Email Brad? .. but, he’s evil!

Good thing I already got mine 😀

    I don’t like shitty games, so I’m “evil?”Aight.

All 500 early bird tickets have sold out! Amazing – congrats to those who picked them up.

If you didn’t manage to get one but would like to attend, we’ll have more passes going up soon! Stay tuned to sega.com/sonicboom for all the latest news.

And to those arguing about whether one or the other is ‘better’ – that’s not what’s important.

What matters is that this year, we’ll have two fantastic events – Sonic Boom and Summer of Sonic – available for Sonic fans across the world. So whether you live in the US or in Europe, you’ve got a great event nearby that you can go to, absolutely free, and meet all sorts of fellow Sonic fans, as well as see the stars of Sonic history and even take part in a few special surprises.

It’s a great year to be a Sonic fan – and an even better year for those out there who will get to attend both events!

Yea i live on the east coast i want to go can u guys pick me up i’ll throw in a couple dollars for gas.

ditto. But just in case you guys decide to ditch me, will you be coming back to NYCC this year,Aaron? You made the SEGA booths so welcoming compared to others.

If only I was older!! Dang, oh well:)

Someone please bring a camera and record everything!(Generations gameplay, merchandise, music, etc!)

what stuff do you think their gonna give away when they say “exclusive generations merchandise”?

LA’s really far… But my brother already requested tickets for us, so I guess it’s likely we’re going!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEE SO AWESOME!!!

It’s gonna be easily the best day EVER!

I can’t go, but this is still TOTALLY AWESOME! 😀 Hope everyone who goes has a great time, and PLEASE, bring some news/pictures/recordings back with you.. oh yeah, and livestream, please.

Well I sent an email, hope I can get two tickets for my friend and I, it looks like such an awesome event and we are both avid sonic fans.

I can make it there, but are there anymore tickets available?

I’m in complete shock.My parents got me a ticket.I can’t believe I’m going.Totally cosplaying as Eggman!

Great, now I KNOW I’ll be missing the greatest meeting of Sonic fans ever. *sadface x1000*

(It’s almost as if Pollock himself was cosplaying as Eggman! God help us if that ever came to fruition…)

Dang it, a Sonic event happening in the states and I may not be able to go to it. How many tickets are left? and By transportation do I get there myself or will someone but supporting my transport to get there? 1: I live in the states but at Chattanooga, TN. 2: I’m old to drive but I don’t have a driver lic., so I don’t a car, also my family relatives need their cars for work and all. 3. I also I’m taken care of my granmother at home almost 24/7, because everybody else have to go off to work in the morning, my aunt can take care of her, but lately she been coming to the house late.

So all this is on me, preventing me from going, except you guys could help with transportion for the ones who no getting there.

^Nothing cool happens in Tennessee anymore. Just that one time I forgot when but I could print out a ticket to go to a… now was it a E3 or was it a Nintendo event, well doesn’t matter right now. I just say that one of the pocations was at Memphis, Tennessee that had some video game event happen there once, also at other states as well.

Now, if this Sonic event take place at muiti locations and one near me then I might be able to go, but it only happening at LA. DANG IT? Why there?

*sigh* Texas never gets any love regarding video game events…

Summer of sonic is still the best. 11 hours long compared to only 4 hours. And also it’s on the 25th which is alot closer to sonic’s birthday, meaning it will be a proper celebration for sonic’s 20th.

I’m actually very glad Sonic Boom is earlier in June. I wouldn’t be able to go if it were any later since I’m taking a trip to Germany around then! Just my luck!!! 😀

    Still hoping I can go!:)

I’m so excited I got a ticket through stadium, and my best friend got a ticket through Sonic Retro, it’s gonna be so much fun, and we only live bout an hour from Nokia Club, so it won’t be to bad a drive till we actually get into LA lol.Gonna be such a great night, thanks again for the ticket!

allright mr Webber Im very ex ited for this but nex time ANNOUNCE IT AT LEAST THREE MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME! Im practially spending nearly 500$ of my hard earned money just to fly all the way from Ohio to LA for one day at the last minute .

Got my tickets earlier today. I’ll be doing a video documentary on it basically. So I’ll bring back plenty of media for everyone.

Also I have a few extra tickets, so if you’re hurting for tickets PM me on the board and I’ll be happy to help. You’ll have to be with me at the door though.

I got my ticket and will more likely stay there for 2 hours since I bought my VGL ticket before this was announced. Would really like to stay there more but I can’t. Those VGL tickets are non-refundable!!!D:<

Psh, VGL. I went two years in a row, no Sonic music (even though the pamphlet said they would). The year I didn’t go, Sonic music.

Fate has a wry sense of humor.

Bah, which it was in New York City, I live in NJ x.x

GOT MY TICKETS ONLY A FEW MINUTES AWAY FROM THERE 😛

Say anyone have spare tickets or know where I could get any?
