lol It’s a little funny. Though it’d be more funny if he actually did sound too much like Chris in the games and THEN someone made this.. otherwise it’s just less of a mockery to the voice actor and more of a friendly joke like Lucario trying to do a super saiyan attack… (then again that’s probably what this panel is considering I’ve seen vids playing Chris’ voice over Sonic and then Ezio’s over the WereHog’s xD)
Still, why are fans really being stupid enough to think he’d say the same lines as his tourist attraction lines OR use that kinda voice and acting? Different director, different context… diferent EVERYTHING! xD
Remember when he did the Sonic Alton towers voice he probably put them all together in about an hour or 2, with a game he has to put his hard work into it!
I was playing Assassin’s Creed 2 at my friend’s house the other day(I’ve never played an AC Game before), and I was like, “Which one does Roger voice???” lol
Well, they’ll get his voice fixed in Sonic mode in due time, or else fans have something more to rant about than just Sonic Next-Gen.
I’m slightly worried about Smith doing voice acting for sonic. i think their trying to apeal to the oldder audience, turning the seires on its head with this. Because the people who first played Sonic, about 20 years ago, are now board with the kiddie stuff, thats why Shadow and Sonic 06 came out, with the main intention of getting their old fans back.
Personaly, because I’ve never played Resident Evil, The next game he does will be interesting, because of fans might react, because this is no Ryan Drummond, no Dan Green, and no Deem Bristow, and people might hate him for whatever reason.
